About Me

Hello!  



My name is Lori. I'm the face behind Simply Me Photography, previously known as Photography by Lori Ann & Lori Lokken Photography.  What can I say?  I couldn't quite decide on a name for myself. 

 

​I started taking photos when I was a little girl living on a dairy farm at the age of 7.  And continued on into teenage life, then adulthood.



In 2008, I bought my first digital camera.  I absolutely fell in love with it.  I started taking photos of my children, and then posted them on Facebook.   A few friends and family contacted me and asked if I would take their pictures.  All with a point and shoot, so I agreed.   Once I posted those and tagged them to the photos, I got private messages asking me how much I charged, and if I would take their photos.  My watermarks were known as Photography by Lori Ann back then, when I uploaded them onto my Facebook page.  After a few more requests... I finally created a Facebook page that I entitled Lori Lokken Photography.  Since then, I have renamed my business to Simply Me Photography, deciding on a more creative name. 



I can promise you, that I will take photos that you love or your money back.   I don't want you to just like your photos, I want you to love them!!
